Engineered Wood for Industrialized Construction
RedBuilt supplies the engineered wood — RedLam™ LVL and Red-I™ joist components — that other manufacturers build into their own industrialized products: factory-built modular sections and reusable concrete forming and shoring systems.
One OEM supply relationship, four manufacturing plants, and a technical team that works your production process like a partner.
What “Industrial” Means at RedBuilt
“Industrial” at RedBuilt describes how the products are used, not what gets built — it's not a building type like a warehouse or distribution center. Most of RedBuilt's business is Commercial: engineered wood installed directly into a building by a general contractor or framer. Industrial is different. It's OEM supply — RedBuilt engineered wood becomes a component inside another manufacturer's industrialized process, built and controlled off the traditional job site, most often through RedLam™ LVL and Red-I™ joist components:
Factory Built / Offsite Construction
RedLam™ LVL perimeter rimboards and marriage beams built into modular and mobile building sections in a factory-controlled environment, then transported and set on site.
Concrete Forming & Shoring
RedForm™ LVL and I-joist components, offered in cambered and non-cambered profiles, fabricated into reusable forming tables and shoring systems that contractors use across multiple pours.
Why OEMs and Fabricators Choose RedBuilt
Engineered for consistency
RedLam™ LVL and Red-I components are manufactured, not milled, so every piece performs the same way — critical when your customer is building a repeatable product, not a one-off structure.
Quality Assurance
RedForm™ forming components and RedLam™ LVL are manufactured and quality-checked at RedBuilt's own plants before they ship, so your production line isn't inheriting variability from a third-party mill.
Built for reuse
RedForm™ LVL and I-joist forming components — available cambered or non-cambered — are designed to stand up to multiple pours and assembly cycles, lowering cost per use for forming and shoring customers.
A true supply partner
Four U.S. manufacturing plants and a technical field support team that works with your production schedule and design process, not just a single job site.
Proven in the Field
Prefabricated table forms keep parking garage on time and on budget
When Seattle's U.Village needed a five-story, 350,000-square-foot parking garage built on a tight, small job site with no room to fabricate forms on-site, general contractor McClone Construction turned to RedBuilt. The RedBuilt team engineered and built 180 fully prefabricated formwork tables, up to 8′ × 23′, using cambered RedForm™ I-joists designed specifically for forming applications.
Built at a RedBuilt plant and trucked to the site ready for scheduled pours, the tables let McClone's crew form 26-foot concrete deck bays without any intermediate shoring or support — exactly the kind of schedule and site-logistics problem industrialized, off-site-built forming is meant to solve.
